Development

Having established a detailed specification supplied by you or produced by us, we write the software to perform the tasks.  We provide a detailed cost analysis of the work required and best estimate of time required to carry out the development work.  We also maintain contact throughout the project to update you on progress and actual to estimate information.

Implementation

We take the standard NAV system plus any customisation and set up your database.  The set up process includes a test environment to check data integrity.  When you are entirely happy with the test data we schedule a ‘go live’ date so that all concerned can be informed and briefed accordingly.  The ‘go live’ needs to be during a ‘shut down’ period so is most likely to take place at a weekend or overnight.
